Making a subject access request is free under normal circumstances, although we are allowed to charge you a reasonable fee if your request is 'manifestly unfounded', excessive or repetitive. Such a fee would only be based on the actual administrative cost incurred by us in order to respond.

You don't have to use the form below to make a subject access request but it may save time if you do.
After receiving your subject access request, we will acknowledge receipt of your request, and we might ask you for some additional supporting information and/or proof of your identity.
We will respond to all subject access requests within one month of receipt and in most cases we would hope to be able to respond much quicker than that.
